- • We took a room with a special pool and did not enjoy it even once, the water was cold! There are winds due to the hotel's location on the mountain, there is no heating for the pool, it was impossible to enter and we were there in August!!! It is a must to heat the water to a reasonable temperature
Lovely hotel. Very beautiful and spacious rooms. The service of the staff is really great. They are helpful and always with kindness and a smile. The breakfast is very good. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Truly, it was perfect for us. Very suitable for those who want and need tranquility, intimacy, and relaxation.

Incredible honeymoon visit
This hotel was amazing. We booked our stay for our honeymoon and have visited Santorini 3 times but this hotel was the best one we have stayed in. From arrival, we were welcomed and given a welcome drink as well as a tour of the hotel. Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and contacting them was extremely easy as they use WhatsApp. We could WhatsApp them anything we needed and they would reply straight away. They are able to book taxis and experiences for you and it was handy to be able to WhatsApp them when we needed a taxi whilst we were out. The room was stunning with the most amazing view. It was cleaned daily and was impeccable. Our room was very spacious with a spacious bathroom and balcony area with seating and the pool. It was so peaceful in the room as well. The room was very private and had no one looking over. The restaurant was also amazing and the food was delicious. We also booked a private meal at the infinity pool which we ended up not being able to do due to the high winds on that night but hotel staff were extremely accommodating and upgraded us to the cave spa private dinner which was amazing. This included food as well as all use of the spa pool and hot tub. Location was also really good. We always stay in Pyrgos as we like its quieter village feel, however there are still plenty of bars and restaurants to visit in the main village. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay here.
