- • The fact that my umbrella was removed from my room and despite me asking for my desk lamp to be fixed, I never got a working lamp. This meant I had to work in the office later than I needed to, rather than working in my hotel after dinner.

- • We had a bag of laundry done, which cost 290 SIN dollars, which is absolutely exaggerated. This price cannot be justified by anything.
Well located, good breakfast, comfortable but not quiet room and indifferent staff
The hotel is well located, has good facilities and my room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent and coffee (from a machine) was acceptable.

- • There was considerable noise from adjacent rooms. Some staff appeared a little indifferent, which is not really OK given the price charged for a room.
