We were sent to have fantastic local food at the local area, superb. Although the hotel is not surrounded by examples like itself - Bedrock is very comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. If I was to make one hint, to have more Western options at breakfast like fruit and yogurt. Debbie and Mr Lee were great hosts who will no doubt help in any way.

1) The hotel and the rooms were very clean and presentable. 2) Staff was very friendly and approachable. They recommended some places and foods nearby. 3) The room's facilities were very good. The room and the bathroom are very big and spacious. 4) Lots of food choices around the area. And the convenience store is also nearby. Shopping mall Ipoh Parade is also quite near. My family, including me, really liked this place and will definitely come back here.

This is the highest-rated hotel in this Malaysia trip. The room is very spacious, besides the capsule coffee machine, there is also a hot and cold water dispenser. Convenient location, within walking distance of famous dishes like Old Town White Coffee, Yee Fatt Curry Noodles. It is also possible to walk to the old town area in the morning or evening when the weather is not too hot, about 20 minutes. During check-in, we met very enthusiastic hotel staff who actively introduced us to tourist spots and good restaurants. If we visit Ipoh again, we will choose to book this hotel.
