Good location is the only thing I can say about this property. A lot of minor shortcomings that could be easily fixed.
Good location, many restaurants around, easy to find something to eat for yourself, also close to the metro and bus stops.

- • Breakfast included in the price seems to be just a marketing trick, as there was hardly any breakfast. There was only toast and jam. No tea or coffee, no kettle, the water heating machine was not working. To make your own coffee, you had to heat the water in a cup in the microwave. There was also no staff around, you couldn't ask for toilet paper.

Really like this location, convenient transportation, you can walk along the underground street from the subway station to the hotel exit, so it's convenient to move around even if it rains. There are many pork soup rice nearby, and there are recommended currency exchange shops online. Also, if you plan to arrive at the hotel early, you can contact the hotel front desk in advance to inquire about the possibility of providing luggage storage service, and the staff will kindly explain it to you.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the metro. There is supposedly breakfast, but it's self-service: The hotel provides free muesli, soft drinks, bread for toasts, butter, jam, hot/cold water, tea, and household appliances to heat/cook everything by yourself.

- • Dirty street, reminiscent of Indian slums in terms of the amount of garbage in front of hotels and snack bars on this street. Besides, it is very noisy, in the evenings and nights, life is bustling there, and loud music can be heard well in the room, making it hard to sleep. There is a musty smell in the room coming from the shower, there is no ventilation in the shower, there is mold, after taking a shower, there is condensation everywhere (wet walls, floor, clothes, and everything there), if you don't open the door, it will be constantly wet. There is no bathtub, only a toilet, a sink, a hole in the floor for water drainage, and a hose with a showerhead from the mixer. There is nowhere to put things in the room (no wardrobe or shelves). I don't like the hotel's rule of leaving shoes near the elevator and walking in slippers on the floor and in the room, while the slippers are not disposable but common rubber and not very clean (you can even catch a fungus after someone else wore them). The bed linen looks stale, towels may smell. The window (I chose one with a city view) faces the side wall of the neighboring house (about 1-2 meters away) - it's unclear why such a window is needed. The bed is by the window, there is a draft from the window, and I woke up with a cold because of it. Also, I don't understand why the hotel does not provide a phone number to contact the administration, as the front desk operates in an unknown mode (working hours are not specified anywhere), so in case of a problem, there is nowhere to turn, you have to write here on Booking.com and strictly before 5:00 PM (is this normal?). And finally - the rooms are not cleaned/towels are not changed if a person stays less than 5 nights. You can only order paid cleaning.
