The service attitude and quality are very good.
The breakfast variety is rich, catering to both Chinese and Western dietary habits. My child is highly sensitive, and the restaurant staff took great care, making no mistakes. Except for the air conditioning in the room not being very user-friendly, everything else is very good. Particularly worth mentioning is the front desk service provided by Mr. Yu, who took great care of my child's check-in experience, promptly resolving an issue where my child was bitten but it was unclear by what. I am extremely impressed by their service attitude!

Exceptional Family Stay in Beijing - Spacious, Lifestyle, and Extremely Convenient
We stayed at Artyzen Habitat Dongzhimen Beijing for a family trip with a 3-year-old, a 1-year-old, and my wife's parents. Finding a hotel in Beijing that is extremely convenient (25 minutes drive to PEK airport, 5 minutes to Sanlitun but super quiet and safe at night for a sound sleep) and balances space, comfort, and amazing services for a family can be tricky, but this property nailed it! Spacious & Well-Equipped Rooms: The room was remarkably large by city standards, featuring a modern design, very comfortable beds, and a kitchenette (including a microwave and kettle). We stayed in connecting rooms, and the soundproofing between the rooms is the best we have experienced. Prime & Quiet Location: We had an outbound flight at noon the next day, so we needed to get to the airport by 8:20 am for check-in. We left the property at 8:00 am and got to the airport in 24 minutes. Super convenient location. We had our farewell dinner at Sanlitun, which is just a 5-minute drive away. The hotel itself is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, so we got a very good rest before our 13-hour flight the next day. Attentive Staff: The front desk and service staff were incredibly warm, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The housekeeping staff learned that we had kids and made animal hand towels, which made my kids so excited!

Perfect hotel for Beijing
Ricky, Suki, and all the staff at Artyzen were amazing. They really looked after us and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and serviced well. I really recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, especially considering we were traveling with our dogs. The breakfast was delicious, and the personnel serving it was great - special mention for Lukas who speaks excellent English and takes special care of the clients. The self-laundry service on the 5th floor was also greatly appreciated.

Completely met expectations
Lovely hotel. Convenient location with a magnificent courtyard view, a huge terrace with music, polite staff, decent breakfasts for China (in most hotels of this level, breakfasts are not for Europeans:)), very quiet in the room, and it's huge, with a full kitchen.
