Issues on a special stay - broken aircon, chairs missing/broken
I had multiple issues with the property and with this being a birthday stay it was extra special. However when I raise the issues following check out the management offered me a meal 10% off of future stay which when you’ve had significant issues that could’ve been resolved on a birthday, stay it puts you off future booking.

- • The breakfast which is an adjoined café was really really good the service in there was really good however unfortunately the same cannot be said the hotel
Twice I stayed here and will always stay here .
