The room was really nice. The TV has zero English channels. The reception and concierge never answered their phone. Breakfast Buffet was not great

Real nice hotel, everything looks new, clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly. It is basically right across Al Ain mall which means you have pretty much everything you need nearby without even driving. I would stay here again.

Great experience
Very difficult to find any fault with this hotel. Maybe better training of the breakfast staff. None of them understood how to make a traditional English cup of tea., but that is a minor issue. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would love to stay there again. Keep up the high standards!
