Excellent and committed staff. Due to a personal issue, I needed their help and they managed it promptly. Fantastic location for being in a very quiet place and close to everything.

Great stay
Arrived at 8 am, I had the pleasant surprise of being able to get my room at 10 am. The manager is extremely accommodating and attentive to her clients. She provides a lot of services, especially for scooter rental and organizing trips. I recommend this

- • Room quality not worth the money, 800k/room for 1 night without getting a bottle of mineral water, no parking space, really regrettable

This hotel is absolutely spotless thanks to Ly and Han... not sure if I spelled their names right 😁... close to everything you need in Hue... all the staff are so friendly, it's been a real pleasure staying at this hotel... simply the best, highly recommend 10 out of 10... thank you so much ladies and the young man who works at night... will stay again when back in Hue.
