I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The room I got (room 4) was large and good. The service was mediocre. It seems that they employ female students from the nearby university, each of whom comes for a few hours a week. The result is that the staff are nice but unprofessional. The breakfast is poor and inadequate. As a hotel guest, you are entitled to choose one of the cafe's breakfasts and also one cup of coffee, a glass of juice and a glass of water. For example, you can get a scrambled egg made with two eggs, 3 tiny slices of bread, a little butter and 1.5 cherry tomatoes. In addition, the service is very slow and inefficient, so on days when I was in a hurry I had to skip breakfast.

I highly recommend staying at Miss Sophie’s when visiting the city.
We loved staying at Miss Sophie’s. We had a very warm welcome from Magda when we arrived and she very happily showed some of the many attractions on a map of Olomouc. All staff were lovely and friendly. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and made to order.

the best thing about this place was the staff. They were absolutely amazing. I had a problem with the air conditioning, and not only did they take care of it promptly, but they also gave me a bottle of Prosecco as compensation. Their kindness and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.

- • The description did not say that it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. We were with elderly grandparents of 80 years and I was really worried when I saw those steep stairs to the 4th floor. Also, there is no parking available.
Beautiful accommodation close to the center in a historic building, picturesque attic room, cozy furnished. Despite the ongoing cultural event in the city streets, it was peaceful. Tasty breakfast. Very nice staff.
