- • The hotel is off any street, with no automobile access. The nearest automobile access is two blocks away. So it's quite inconvenient to carry many and heavy luggage to/away from this hotel. The bathroom is a little too dark. It's better to let customers have the option of much brighter lighting.
Fabulous stay
Staff, Anita went above and beyond she is wonderful!!! Answered every question and gave great recommendations & truly went out of her way for us. Ada was wonderful and willing to help with everything.

The location in the old part of the city is definitely a plus to reach restaurants, shops, and ancient buildings, even though being in a traffic-restricted area, you have to park outside the old part and walk dragging your luggage...a great inconvenience..

- • The breakfast does not meet the quality of the hotel, a normal buffet, lack of fresh fruit, practically only apples in the fruit salad..few sweets, industrial jams..so-so coffee.. Additionally, from the reception located on the ground floor, you have to climb the stairs with your luggage to reach the 1st floor and then fortunately there is the elevator. We were in room C8, a beautiful room, but the noise from the air conditioners of other hotels is very disturbing..
