- • Terrible restaurant food quality and service.
Beautiful resort, but...
Very beautiful structure, very spacious room, complete with everything and beautifully furnished, nice bathroom, large and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and good restaurant. Very beautiful location overlooking the Atlantic. Mostly very courteous and efficient staff. It would deserve a 10 and praise but...

- • ... the rooms overlook (entrance and the only window) directly without any safeguard space on the common areas equipped with sun loungers. Therefore, there is a total lack of privacy ("from the outside, they don't see you in the room UNLESS YOU TURN ON THE LIGHTS"). Our room then unhappily wedged between the kitchen and its fumes and the restaurant's outdoor seating area. A mortal sin to have to keep the windows closed overlooking the ocean. It doesn't seem acceptable to me for a structure of this standard (well reflected in the price).
Wonderful luxury stay for our family
The Villa is an exceptional stand-alone property, with a lovely common area, its own garden/terrace, and pool-with-view The master suite is extremely large, comfortable with remarkable balcony views The "super host" staff are well trained and helpful The breakfast options suited us very well — great food and great setting

- • A few teething issues around the villa and staff Also, while none of this except hours was an issue for us, White’s intimate size brings some constraints: shorter food hours; shorter menus; common facilities all lovely but necessarily more limited than in a big property
A beautiful location, friendly and attentive staff - a gem on Sao Miguel!
The location, room, restaurant, yoga area - all delightful. The infinity pool is quite enchanting.
