Comfortable hotel in a good location and with a very friendly and helpful staff
I stayed 3 weeks in this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The location is in a quiet area and 5-10 minutes walk to a shopping center and only about a minute to 'la Rambla' and the water. The breakfast as well as the food in general in the restaurant was very good. Many thanks to the very helpful and friendly staff that made my stay so pleasant and it includes everyone in the hotel. I came as a tourist with the wish to see and learn more about Montevideo and Uruguay. I am very thankful for all good advice and help I got from the always attentive and friendly staff that made my stay in Montevideo very rewarding and a good learning experience. If returning to Montevideo I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended
Very calm place. Lobby with good and varied books to read in front of the wood stove. Board games to share. Varied and very tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff.
