Free airport transfer included, but it's not available. No sofa beds, thin mattress on the floor offered as an extra bed instead.

Convenient near the airport.
Convenient due to the proximity to the airport. Very large and clean room. Breakfast is not suitable for Italians

The staff not helpful at all. My taxi pulled up and no one to help with luggage, bought it all in myself. Then about 6 staff members behind the till chatting and eating and I had to wait to be served. I wasn’t shown to my room, was just told the number. Again, took my own luggage. Booked for 3 adults and I was given a double bed only. When I asked for a mattress they charged 30RM even though I paid for 3 adults. When they brought up a mattress, it was so thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. Anyways thank god it was only a few hours as our flight was early morning. Only good thing is location. Free shuttle to the airport and it was 2 mins away.

Unique place, you can see airplanes warming up their engines, but it didn't disturb my sleep.
