The rooms and the bathroom are in impeccable condition. The location is quiet, and the lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good and the selection of fruits was very good.

- • That I had reserved a room with one bed and two bunk beds. And the room had one bed and one bunk bed. However, they rearranged us in another room

Breakfast was always the same offer. The broth, nothing to do with it, just water. The fruits were always the same options. On the last day there was no butter. More variety was missing, more tables, and more staff to serve all diners more efficiently.

- • The staff who attended was always willing to help, very few times do you find such friendly and helpful staff, that's the only good thing. The staff seemed insufficient to serve the entire population of hotel users. It had never happened to me that the room was not cleaned; on the first day, they cleaned the room at 3 pm, another day they knocked at 7 pm to clean. Because they were attending breakfast, there was no one at the reception, so I could not check out, I had to wait until the afternoon. All because there is not enough staff. So cleaning is not done well, breakfast is not good, and the hotel, well, does not offer much more, nor are the facilities the most welcoming.

- • Although the staff was always friendly and made the maximum effort, there were few people (only 2) to serve the number of guests, resulting in delays in breakfast service. It is suggested to hire more people, the receptionist also worked as a waitress.
