Fully recommended hotel to stay and it's close to the train station and all amenities, and breakfast is excellent.
It's close to the train station and the afternoon shift receptionist was very accommodating. Kudos!! She even helped us with the adapter and guided us on the city tour.

Great location and walkable distances, but couldn't sleep well because of noise and/or heat.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, no problem with leaving our luggage to pick up later after we checked out. The breakfast was simple but nice, with servings of Gruyere and fresh orange juice alongside the usual coffee, ham, and eggs. The location is excellent, really close to the heart of the city, literally two minutes from the main station, a five-minute walk from the lake. We could walk almost everywhere, only the more remote locations (CERN, the Red Cross Museum) required a bus or tram, with stops very conveniently located, and about half an hour all in all getting to the place. There's a wonderful fondue restaurant right around the corner (Au Petit Chalet) and a pharmacy almost next door, so you're very well set for a nice stay in a vibrant part of the city.

- • Unfortunately, the quiet room that we requested -- looking out on the parking lot -- wasn't quiet at all, because the parking lot turned out to be very large and noisy, with people shouting at all hours, including at night; they seemed to be residents and not tourists. I would have expected noise facing the street, but not here, and it was two weeknights, too, not even the weekend. It's true that the windows, when closed, muffled the sound very well, but then the room got hot fast. We would have used the air conditioning, but it made loud noises that woke us up every 10 minutes, so we turned it off. The noises from the AC continued even after it was turned off, then fortunately stopped after about half an hour. The next day we simply kept the AC turned off and the windows shut, so no noise bothered us, but the room was hot and stuffy. Our stay was only two nights, and in the end we managed to sleep, but we were hoping for better. If we were staying longer, we probably would have requested another room.
Very good stay in this very well located hotel in Geneva to visit the city. The staff was very welcoming. Thank you for everything!

- • Check-in if you arrive after 10 pm must be done at the hotel opposite. If you arrive tired, you have to go out looking for where to check-in
The hotel met expectations. Functionally and pleasantly equipped, right by the train station, friendly and helpful staff, seamless communication, simple but really nice breakfast. I especially appreciated the smoked salmon and rye bread for breakfast, that is not the standard in these types of hotels. I also really enjoyed that my room had a mini balcony. Definitely recommend, I would stay there again.

- • Due to the location, the hotel may be a little bit noisier. Some parts could use a bit of renovation, but as I wrote, I would definitely stay again.
