The attention to detail was incredible. The staff go above and beyond to meet every request. You have your own executive butler who attends to your every need. The meals were incredible and the views are the best in Rio.

The hotel is a former family residence and has 7 accommodations impeccably arranged to obtain an incredible view of Guanabara Bay, in addition to the hills of Sugar Loaf, Urca, and, in the back, the Corcovado, with the Christ the Redeemer with open arms over the city. Postcard. The staff is amazing!!!!! You are attended by butlers who do everything for your well-being. Breakfast is divine and can be served on the pool deck, which offers a breathtaking view of Rio. We attended the Valentine's Day dinner and everything was perfect, from the treats left in the room to the service in the restaurant. Unforgettable experience!!!!

- • Small details that need to be improved. During the late night and early morning, the hot shower did not work and it was impossible to shower in our room. The accommodation is on the flight path of planes landing at Santos Dumont. Far from being a nuisance, but it is important to know that it can generate some noise in the early morning, with the opening of the airport. The property is an oasis of protection in the Santa Teresa neighborhood, but caution is needed when the goal is to explore the outdoor area beyond the entrance gates.
The most incredible view of RJ! A paradise of a place! In addition, the service is fantastic and Sérgio, the maitre d', is exceptional!
