Their service was very good. Before you request anything, they can predict what you most likely needed and they offer to help you. They do anything to give convenience to the guest. I’m really impressed. By far this is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in. The bed was so comfy! Room was spacious too..

- • Room cost for the one night 1349 CNY which is fine. However they charged me a total of 3000 CNY for room and bond. A bond 122% more than the actual room rate. Never had this experience before. And the burger was very expensive room service about $50AUD. Who know when I’ll see the credit. Still sitting at 3000 CNY in my bank charges and checked out 14 hours ago

Great value Hotel.
Everything. Rather new modern hotel. Spacious room with all you need inside. Very good bathroom. The breakfast very diversified and tasty. The staff are outstanding, with willingness to help. The Aroma restaurant and the lobby bar are very good. It is a stylish hotel with a great quality of materials and architecture. The location in a highly modern zone of Guangzhou -Tian-He. Adjacent to big shopping mall (very expensive) and a lot of restaurants and parks. The river is 20 minutes walk from Conrad Hotel. I salute the management and all the staff that made my stay enjoyable.

- • Have to confirm room number every time going to the Gym, they could just put it that to open the door you use the room card.
