The first time I checked in, the front desk asked me if I wanted to pay extra to upgrade to a room with a view of the Canton Tower. It cost about RMB700 for two nights. I agreed and was assigned to the 22nd floor. When I entered the room, the floor was wet. I thought they had just finished cleaning, but then the water kept increasing. It turned out that the ceiling air conditioning duct was leaking. Finally, they moved me to the 26th floor, and there were no more issues. Everything was 👌

Comfortable stay
Great services from all levels of staff. Housekeeping seems to be twice a day. The room is spacious and clean. The location is good and directly connected to ICG Mall. There is a good spread of breakfast buffet.
