Value for money
The staff were polite and attentive to our queries. We had to request for room transfer because the tub had a leak and they immediately granted our request. Their bath soap, shampoo and conditioner smell nice. They also offer free coffee and biscuits for guests from 7am-7pm.

- • Some of the facilities / appliances need upgrading. There was an ongoing road construction beside the building so it can be a bit noisy for certain times of the day.
Good value for money
Good, clean hotel to spend a couple of nights. The surprise was having the minibar in the room even if it wasn't mentioned in the description. The neighborhood itself is frankly quite ugly but it's close to the old town.

- • No chance to use main own hair drier in the bathroom, there was only a socket for electric shaver.

A hidden gem in Old Macau
The hotel is located near local eateries and shops that locals frequent that you can have a feel of how it is like living in Macau. The rooms are nicely decorated, beds are comfortable, and the toiletries provided are good brands and not generic mass-produced hotel toiletries.
