Clean and well located small hotel with a friendly and personal vibe
Friendly staff, perfect location for being both in town and close proximity to the university. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, pleasant breakfast.

- • I wanted to be able to turn the heat completely off but I was not able to do that.

- • A very soft old mattress in the bed. Party district and very loud at night. The hotel is too expensive for what is offered.
beautiful boutique hotel
we really enjoyed our stay at the SOFS! Rooms are furnished in a beautiful style; comfortable beds. Good breakfast and nice staff. Just a few steps to shops, restaurants and cafés and a parking garage nearby. I can highly recommend this place!

- • Room 16 was so cold that I slept with two duvets and a wool sweater. It was drafty under the door. Not possible to sit with a computer and work and no open common areas in the evening. Not possible to borrow an iron. Dry breakfast bread

The loveliest little hotel - beautifully decorated and very nice and friendly service. The breakfast was really delicious with a good assortment. The coffee was so lovely
