Nice corner room on the 7th floor. What is missing is a good way to hang up the shower towel, as there is no separate bathroom. Breakfast: good, very good coffee

- • Coffee is freshly prepared by a staff member, leading to considerable waiting times and queuing. I find it negative that no cash is accepted.
Small, but very nice and modern room combined with pleasant staff and a great lounge area. Anytime
The bathroom was spacious, very modern, clean, and with a great shower. In the living area, the large bed immediately stood out, in which one could sleep wonderfully. I would also like to highlight the lounge with a nice outdoor area, where you could end the day late at night.

- • Due to the large bed, it was extremely difficult to access the window front or the back side of the bed. The result was slight bruises on feet and legs. This should be remedied. We also found the sound transmission between the bathroom and living area to be disadvantageous. One likes to be relaxed in the quiet place.

- • 1. The digital check-in is not customer-oriented. In addition, the relevant data should already be known to the hotel (via Booking), the re-entry is complex and the interface is not user-friendly. 2. The room size is poorly communicated and definitely too small for two people. This needs to be communicated differently.
Such a warm and welcoming vibe coupled with super friendly and helpful staff. Tram 20 and 21 will be your best mode of transport
The foyer/bar has such a welcoming and chill vibe. All the staff were outstanding! They spoke multiple languages and always so helpful - no matter how complex or silly our questions were. It was great to arrive at the end of a long day, order a nightcap and head to our room.

- • The bed was terribly uncomfortable, far too soft for us. I didn’t think the quality of breakfast was worth the cost, we much preferred venturing out to the local cafes and bakeries

- • Long waiting time at the reception. In retrospect, it was difficult to change an invoice. One had the feeling that the staff were not coping with the booking system. For the underground garage access, you need a PIN, which you only get at the reception. However, you can only hold there in front of it, which I find a bit awkward.
