So far the most beautiful and cleanest apartment I have stayed in, the location is nice, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice location and friendly staff

Good location. The staff were friendly. Small and dark basement area. If you have an apartment, it is very poorly equipped. Nice beach.

Quite okay standard, very friendly staff and especially the pool guy👌good cleaning.

It offers a good accommodation opportunity for its price. The friendly staff are helpful when needed. The kitchen utensils could be more varied. For example, there wasn't even a commonly used kettle.

Super nice place, but slightly tired facilities. The hotel staff were fantastically sweet.

We booked 4 rooms at Lavina hotel. The rooms were extremely run-down and very poorly cleaned. We moved the beds a bit because the air-conditioner was dripping water onto the bed. Under the bed, we found a little bit of everything. It hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Very noisy in the rooms so you can hear.

Relaxing stay

The stay was chosen based on the absolute criterion of a pool, a sauna, and a fitness room for a duration of 14 nights. Unfortunately, the sauna, Turkish bath, and fitness room relaxation area were closed for health reasons (which I did not encounter in other establishments). Only the pool was available, which was a shame. Otherwise, the staff was very nice, no communication issues, the cleaning was good, and the room was clean. During my absence, the electricity was cut off with the card removed from the slot. The fridge doesn't cool if it's not electrified. I recommend the establishment without any worries. I will definitely come back. Very correct quality/price ratio. Oh yes, I would have liked to have a double bed because the single beds are too small.

Overall, I liked the hotel. I can say the hotel is excellent both in terms of its features and its location. It is a 3-5 minute walk from Konyaaltı Beach. There are restaurants, markets, etc. nearby. The only problem, as I also read in the reviews before making a reservation, was the bed issue. I had made a reservation for a single room with a double bed, but the bed was not double, there were 2 single beds. Other than that, it was quite good, in short, it can be called value for money.

What you pay is what you get. Budget hotel...

I stayed here for 2 nights. It's a run-down hotel that definitely needs renovations. No toiletries provided. Beds are okay. Rooms are small. The air conditioning worked okay, although a bit loud. What you pay is what you get. If you are looking for just a place to sleep at night, it's good. Otherwise, pay extra cash and stay in a better place.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff.

What a lovely hotel. The pool was very clean. I love that the kitchen can be seen clearly where they cook food. The rooms are very spacious. Could do with a modern little revamp as some things are very old, but what a good hotel and good value. The staff were very friendly as well. We were on the 5th floor and the maid was so lovely and cute. Would revisit this hotel.
