THE HOTEL'S LOCATION IS VERY CENTRAL, CLOSE TO ALSANCAK'S ENTERTAINMENT VENUES AND THE SEASHORE, ALL WITHIN A 5-MINUTE WALKING DISTANCE. A CLEAN AND STAYABLE HOTEL FOR ITS PRICE. WE CAME FOR A CONCERT AND STAYED FOR 1 NIGHT. WE DIDN'T MAKE OUR OWN BREAKFAST CHOICE, BUT IT SEEMED GOOD FROM WHAT I SAW.

- • DUE TO ITS LOCATION, THE BUILDINGS OPPOSITE ARE VERY CLOSE, MAKING IT A BIT DIFFICULT TO OPEN THE CURTAINS. UNFORTUNATELY, THE ELECTRICITY WENT OUT IN THE MORNING OF THE NIGHT WE STAYED. I THINK THE ABSENCE OF A GENERATOR IS A BIG DRAWBACK. WHEN THE ELECTRICITY WENT OUT, THE HYDROFOR DIDN'T WORK, AND AFTER A WHILE, THE WATER WAS CUT OFF. WE HAD 2 ROOMS, AND OUR FRIENDS CALLED THE RECEPTION AT 6:30 AM ASKING IF WE WERE AWAKE. :) UNFORTUNATELY, WE EXPERIENCED SUCH NEGATIVITY.
Vacation Izmir
The hotel is located in an excellent area, right in the heart of Alsancak, one of the most vibrant and pleasant neighborhoods in Izmir. Just a few minutes' walk away is the famous Kibris Sehitleri Street, full of shops, cafes, restaurants, and terraces. Alsancak Train Station, the tram, and other means of transportation are very close, making it extremely easy to get around. We used public transport to visit the Grand Bazaar (Kemeralti) and for a trip to the beach in Cesme. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and check-in was possible at 01:30 AM. The included breakfast was varied, with enough options to start the day well. The staff was friendly when we needed help. It is evident that the hotel is investing in modernization and renovation. There were ongoing works during our stay, but they did not bother us and did not affect the comfort of our stay.

- • For guests staying several days, periodic room checks would be useful. In our case, cleaning was not done automatically during our stay, and we had to request room cleaning around the fourth day, as well as replenishment of consumables. I believe that better organization of the housekeeping service would significantly improve the customer experience.

Very nice hotel for a very reasonable price in the heart of Alsancak. Walking distance to Kordon (seashore) and not far from Alsancak Gar railway and tram stations. MM Migros is 50 m from the hotel.

As always, a feel-good oasis.
Since I have been coming for many years (previously to the Apart Hotel), that says it all. As a solo female traveler, I always feel very well taken care of there. The location is great, everything is nearby. Shopping/Kordon/Ferry and the nightlife, of course. I will book there again on my next visit. The ladies at the reception are super friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you.

- • Personally, I did not find the breakfast buffet good; there was no fruit at all, and if you came after 9:30, there was usually no more bread or anything else. Next time, I wouldn't book breakfast. But of course, that's a matter of taste.
