Stanza 333 Stanza generale buona, tenuta bene, gradevole alla vista. C'è un vero frigo che raffredda Camera, Bagno e doccia spaziosi Ampia finestra su lato strada, al 3* piano va bene (magari più critica ai piani bassi) Il potenziale è alto, ma tanti dettagli non fanno alzare C'è una cucina parzialmente equipaggiata. il voto 7

- • Motivi per cui non ha un voto maggiore di 7: Trovato capello asciugamano piccolo Coperta copriletto macchiata Cucina ed altro è un di più.. però pentola incrostata, Lo Scolapiatti è nuovo, non c''è una pentola per la pasta 🤣 La doccia non funziona bene, il piatto fori sopra e scollato/staccato e l' acqua esce di lato anziché cadere giù inoltre l'acqua esce anche dal rubinetto. il piatto doccia si riempe d'acqua. Il phon a muro non va, poco male c'è in dotazione uno classico il filo del phone è aperto, muovendolo fa contatto/scintille e fumetto. Colazione solo turca, livello buono. Per fare colazione si va in edificio immediatamente adiacenre dietro la hall. Si passa in un "corridoio" all'aperto dove la gente ed il personale fuma, ed il fumo entra anche nella hall e nella stanza colazione (a me sta sul cazzo il fumo e lo sento subito...) Stanza silenziosa, ma se passa un motorino si sente Personale reception solo alcuni sanno inglese Non hanno rifatto la stanza anche col segnaporta messo alle 7:30

Mixed Experience with Great Location, But Multiple Inconveniences
The location is very central, situated near different public transportation options, as well as a lot of restaurants and shopping stores. When we asked for an extra blanket, they provided one. The breakfast is decent and offers some variety.

- • Check-in and Room Issues: We were initially given a room where the door couldn't close, forcing us to wait an hour after check-in time for maintenance to fix it. We then realized it was not the actual room we booked and were given a smaller one. It took until 4:00 PM to finally get into our booked room, and they did not offer any apology or acknowledgement for this mistake. Lighting and Sleep Disturbances: At night, when all the lights were turned off, a spotlight flashed into our eyes every minute, which is extremely annoying for light sleepers. I informed staff twice, but no one fixed it. Housekeeping and Amenities: During our 8-day stay, housekeeping only cleaned when requested with the door tag. The first cleaning was fine, but the second time they only took out the trash, failed to replenish toilet paper, and left only one small water bottle instead of two. There were no toiletries at all, no hair dryer provided, and the bathroom plug outlet did not work (though the incorrect first room we were briefly given had a dryer). Breakfast Temperature and Stock: The hot items at breakfast were often cold and hard to eat, and sometimes certain items ran out entirely. Key Cards: The room key cards locked every three days without advance notice. Renovations: The hotel is undergoing renovations; some rooms are updated while others still need it, and guests should be prepared for renovation noises. Bed Comfort: I also felt an unsettling sensation like I was going to fall from the beds.
