- • There is a weird smell in the hotel and the room. It smells like mould but we didn't see any mould.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception, who assisted us with everything regarding our transportation arrangements. Unfortunately, the rooms were not particularly clean, probably due to the renovation works taking place at the hotel. In addition, there was construction work around the hotel, which made access quite difficult.

- • The biggest disappointment, however, was our last day. We were charged for the room for only two hours because our flight was late. Despite this, we had neither electricity nor water in the room. We were told that a refund would be processed the following day, but since then, we have not been able to get in touch with the hotel. They have not responded to our emails or WhatsApp messages, and the refund has still not been made. It is truly a shame, because this is a hotel we visit every year and, until now, we have always had a good experience. However, the way this issue was handled was, in our opinion, very unprofessional and disappointing.

- • But it was inconvenient that the windows opened very little. and the stairwell is very narrow and uncomfortable, and breakfast could have been better.

- • The shower smelled bad every time it was opened and the breakfast was very poor. The room itself is comfortable and well located
Disappointing and better to avoid
It was centrally located closer to the water and easy access to anywhere in İzmir. More suitable for 1-2days trip.

- • TV never worked for the whole duration of my stay. I complained several times and I got some excuses. Main issue was poor housekeeping and very you have to remove the rubbish and throw it in the bins outside. No soundproofing and the whole areas around the hotel are under construction.
