We checked in really fast, check in on the third floor. There were no hassles at all. We came by bullet train to Xi'an North station, we got on the no.2 metro train and got off at Xingzheng Zhongxin station, this is a really big station, we got directed to the other side of the hotel, get off the metro and exit from C5 and the hotel is about 200 meters on the right side of the CityOn shopping mall. Our stay includes breakfast, however, if you are looking for a western breakfast there aren't many options, just try the Chinese food there, it's pretty good and decent. We have a spacious room on the 18th floor. Staff members are very friendly, the only downside for me was the air-con, it is central air-con so I had to ring the front desk and ask them to turn it down. We had to extend our stay at the hotel and got an upgrade because I booked online without the supreme room price. ^.^

Room is basic and clean, breakfast is not good hence the rating. If you need just the room then it's okay with a good location.

Holiday Inn Express North, Xi'an
The hotel is located on the #2 Subway line, 3 stops south of the Xi'an Bei (North) train station. Easy access from there to Terra Cotta Warriors, the old City Wall, Wild Goose Pagoda. The hotel is excellent & superb value. Rooms are clean and efficient, & the beds are comfortable. Everything works. The staff are friendly, the breakfast buffet is delicious. This is a real gem!

Hotel parking is not free. You have to pay for extra water bottles. Nearby other hotels offer free parking and free water bottles. Also, the rooms are particularly small.
