Amazing location, really spacious and luxurious apartment. The staff was amazing especially Rita. She was so helpful and accommodating and welcoming. She made this day enjoyable.

Top notch service, room, and amenities. 5 Stars!
There was staff at the front desk to greet us, and showed us all the amenities in the room and how to get in the building if we returned late at night. Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly, willing to go the extra mile to help us with any questions we had, with a smile and welcoming attitude.

Perfect location for visiting Lisbon
We loved the location. Our studio was roomy and clean. Frig was well stocked and fresh bread delivered daily. Being a foodie, I loved the fact it was one block from Belcanto. I had a view of the prep kitchen from my window and it was a short walk to dinner. Also, a new restaurant had just opened next door to the hotel, Isabella. We had a lovely meal there our first night.

A perfect stay in the heart of Lisbon
We were so pleasantly surprised about how beautiful and spacious our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt was. The fridge was stocked, the location perfect and the staff fabulous! Can’t recommend enough!

Only issue was not enough hot water for 4 people to get ready in the evening and in the morning.

Perfect Stay in Lisbon
We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We stayed five nights. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Centrally located just around the corner from the world's oldest bookstore. The district is lively but once the windows are closed it's very quiet. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Front desk helped with insider shortcuts to the elevators helping us get to our destinations quicker. For any Foodie it's right around the corner from Belcanto. They have also opened a lovely restaurant, Isabella, right next to the hotel. We will definitely be staying at Flora Chiado Apartments whenever we're in Lisbon.
