Very good hotel, in terms of price-quality, considering the advantage of half board. The food is good, although not very varied. The pool area is excellent.

- • When we arrived, we were given a very dark room, and it was always necessary to have the light on. The next day we asked for a change and were given a brighter one.
My stay was very pleasant. Mariana, Estephania, and Bruno at the reception were very kind and helpful.

- • Everything costs extra. No warm feeling. Slightly remote (need a taxi to anywhere in town). In-house services are too expensive (including spa, taxi services). (Water at dinner should not cost extra; if the hotel needs it, it should be pre-charged. Water bottles in rooms are not provided after the first day, and no large water bottle can be purchased on the property.)
