Very comfortable stay, helpful staffs
My family and I stayed here on 10th June 2026 to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and it was a truly memorable experience. We booked the Executive Suite, and the breathtaking view from the room was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. A special thanks to Shreya Dey for arranging a lovely birthday surprise with beautiful room decorations, customised card and a delicious cake, which made the celebration even more special. We are also grateful to Atoshi, who guided us throughout our stay and ensured everything was comfortable, smooth, and hassle-free. Executive lounge staffs were also very helpful and humble. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would rate it 9/10. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast, which could have offered better quality. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again.
