- • Breakfast could be improved and is extremely expensive compared to what is offered. Nothing exceptional when better alternatives are available outside
The maintenance is very poor. The TV has a problem; the hotel technician couldn't fix it. We stayed with one TV for 2 days. The bathroom door cracked; the veranda door was broken and was fixed after a day of staying. The refrigerator was broken and could not be fixed during our entire stay. The polite staff couldn't help us; the hotel manager's apology was unhelpful—bad value for the price. Charging U$1.500 per night is robbery and unjustified. never again !!!

A very nice location with a breathtaking view of Copacabana, but with the downside of noise very early in the morning. The rooms are comfortable nevertheless, good experience at the SPA and gym.

Outstanding hotel - staff were extremely good, design was stunning. Loved everything. Don’t forget to use the beach service. Great way to hang out on Copacabana!
