Great luxury boutique hotel
It's an extremely nice boutique hotel. The staff are very very good and you can ask them to do pretty much anything and they will do anything to make sure you are accommodated.

Terrible service.
First, the reservation, although confirmed, had no room. Second, the manager did not charge my card. I had to leave, full of luggage, close to 2 am, looking for another hotel. Terrible service.

Work hard, lounge harder!
Coming to Rio to work is almost a crime, but staying at the Emiliano makes up for it. This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The views (if you can get them) of the beautiful Copacabana beach are beautiful. Even when you look to the inside of the room, they make up by a beautiful ambiance: sweet scents, relaxing lighting, and a magical bathtub. A quiet room to get your work done, and a fantastic rooftop pool to wind down. PS - the best thing was always getting the sweetest welcome after a day at work!

- • Some rooms already show small signs of time, mold stains on the wood near the bathroom, wooden floor damaged by shower water, but nothing that discredits this wonderful hotel.
I loved everything! Amazing pool, wonderful view, super attentive staff, close to delicious restaurants! Everything was perfect.

- • It's not that I didn't like it, but for the luxury of the hotel, I thought there could be at least triple-ply toilet paper or even quadruple-ply and fluffier bathrobes
