Nice room, welcoming and clever staff, they assisted us in the check-in by suggesting the cheapest solution for a reservation problem due to a misunderstanding. Excellent service and great breakfast.

- • I was not allowed to enter the room until 15:00 due to the check-in policy. I understand if someone is cleaning, then it's okay to wait, but just because the check-in is at 15:00, I think it's not right.

- • The air conditioning was very cold and blowing towards the head. The cold water was very weak, after feedback, it was handled the next day quite well. I hope yogurt can be added to breakfast
