Very nice especially if you just want a practical/short stay
The breakfast and the location were fantastic. Lovely to wake up in the morning on the rooftop terrace with a cup of coffee. I will definitely come back.

- • The room is very small, as stated, but something to keep in mind. The curtain doesn't reach the floor, so you have some light coming into your bed. I would see that as an easy improvement for the owner. The room itself was not very clean, there was still a used cup and saucer, for example. The bed was clean and fresh though, what I missed was, in my opinion, an incident.

Cozy, clean, safe, and comfortable stay for a woman alone.
Very cozy room, wonderfully quiet, easy check-in, comfortable bed, smart TV. Excellent for a night alone, very safe and comfortable. A lot of attention has been paid to the decor and also to a warm welcome (towel package, bottle of bubbles, Leonidas chocolate). Plenty of power outlets.

- • Very cozy room, wonderfully quiet, easy check-in, comfortable bed, smart TV. Excellent for a night alone, very safe and comfortable. A lot of attention has been paid to the decor and also to a warm welcome (towel package, bottle of bubbles, Leonidas chocolate). Plenty of power outlets.

- • Actually nothing. It's a bit tight with space but everything is there. Maybe a few small things (no hook in the shower and sink to hang a towel, curtain doesn't close completely).
Cozy accommodation, the bed was super comfortable, and the location is great. It’s very calm outside, while at the same time being close to the train station, from which you can catch a train and be in Utrecht in approximately 15 minutes. We also appreciated the friendly attitude of the owners.

Cozy, spacious room, comfortable bed, nicely decorated, location: in the middle of Bilthoven with various shops and terraces, and in 10 minutes you are in Utrecht by train.

Large and beautifully decorated room with balcony. The common areas are also great. Short walk to the train station, for example, to get to Utrecht in 9 minutes. Free parking in the adjacent parking garage possible. For guests, there is a discounted breakfast offer in the associated café. The staff is very nice.
