Wonderful private villa with nice clean pool
We loved the privacy, the garden, and the clean, large pool. The beds were extremely comfortable! We especially appreciated that they were slightly firm, which was perfect for our backs, and we slept very well. The villa is spacious, and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. They also offer meal delivery directly to the villa.

A really good and luxurious hotel unit, the private pool is definitely an excellent upgrade, breakfast is brought to the room and it's really nice - there's a menu and you choose in advance and receive personalized dishes to the room at the requested time.

- • It turns out there were 3 combs in the room, and when we left, they claimed we took one of them - stating that they count how many there are every day. After discussions, they released us without charge - but they delayed us for this. It is important to mention that we were not informed about this beforehand and about the equipment in the room that would incur a charge if damaged or missing.
Absolutely outstanding
We had an outstanding holiday, 4 of us stayed in Alisea Pool Villa, we booked for 3 weeks, and enjoyed that it was a bit outside the city, quiet in the evening/night. And it was lovely that when we had been out all day, we had our own pool. Three times a day there was a shuttle bus to Ao Nang, which was free, and if you needed something outside the operating hours, you could pay 30 DKK to be driven. The staff was absolutely outstanding, there is nothing they won't help with, from tours, transfers, laundry, or just chatting, we really felt welcome. If you're going on a tour, we recommend using this place, they are at least as cheap as GetYourGuide and other similar apps, and you can better negotiate if there's something you want to change or add to the tour.

- • Lack of maintenance. The villa was not clean. The windows were filthy. Too industrial breakfast. The pool surroundings are not great. It's a shame because it was supposed to be very good at the beginning.
It was wonderful.
A wonderful place with fantastic service and wonderful employees, always ready to help. I think it's a very good place. The property is quite far from the center and you have to use a Tuk Tuk, which was not a problem in my case. Wonderful for families as well as couples.

Class accommodation
Located off the beaten path in a quiet location. 10 minutes to the beach by tuk-tuk or taxi. Very nice and lovely friendliness. Thank you.
