The location was excellent. Central in the Castle District but still very quiet. The breakfast was great, freshly prepared and quality food.

Very satisfied
A very good hotel. The hotel is in an old building, rooms are on the ground floor, about 6 rooms, with a courtyard + restaurant. The rooms are spacious, hot water/heater/air conditioning all working fine; daily room cleaning and two bottles of water provided; 24-hour front desk assistance available. Breakfast is nice, with milk, bread, coffee, and other items can be ordered from the menu (no extra charge). Within 5 minutes walk to the Fisherman's Bastion, very convenient for evening or sunrise visits. Within 5 minutes walk to tram line 16, which goes to Pest side and also to Buda Castle side. The only inconvenience is the lack of supermarkets/convenience stores in the Buda area, but this is not the hotel's fault.

Quiet and comfortable accommodation on the Danube Cycle Path
The location within the castle area was very pleasant: in the evenings there were hardly any tourists in the area, it was very quiet. We could safely lock our bicycles in the locked courtyard of the Petite Maison. The staff was always present, approachable, and very helpful. The courtyard provided welcome shade and nice seating areas during high temperatures. Very effective, quiet air conditioning. Absolute peace, no street noise. A nice gesture was the welcome drink we received at the restaurant. We also enjoyed the three-course menu specially offered to hotel guests. Long breakfast hours (8-11 am), buffet, and additionally, you can choose an egg dish from the menu. Coffee specialties are freshly prepared. The ascent (with bicycle and luggage) to the castle hill is doable and definitely worth it for this beautiful, special accommodation.

- • When we settled the bill on the last day at the reception, the employee (otherwise kind, polite) asked us if we would like to give a tip to the staff, then pushed a list under our noses to decide what percentage of the bill should be the tip ???? I think this is a very embarrassing question and not really elegant.
