The hotel was clean and the room was spacious with a nice view. The receptionist was not friendly, but appeared strict and not service-oriented. We did not receive bathrobes and slippers in the room and had to ask for them.

I loved how they had a halal option for breakfast that made me so happy and the staff were friendly.

I felt very comfortable.

Good location, within walking distance to the center. Breakfast okay, but not outstanding, included. Parking spaces very limited, too small for our family van. We parked 1.5 km away, which is very impractical with suitcases, dog, and child. The staff is friendly and speaks English. Room equipment simple, double bed, desk, small empty fridge, wardrobe with mini safe. Only 'luxury' = hairdryer in the bathroom. 2 glasses were available in the (3-bed) room. No mineral water, no tea, no kettle, no coffee machine. Vending machine at the reception. Room was labeled as 'Superior' because extra bed for child = simple folding bed. Due to the space required by the folding bed, the desk was not usable and the bathroom door was partially blocked. Loud buzzing relay circuit as soon as the room key is inserted and the power is turned on. We pulled out the card at night to be able to sleep. Toilet visit then takes place in the dark and the phone does not charge. Plus point: dogs welcome, €10 per night. But there are no food bowls and no dog bed. All additional services are charged extra by the hotel. Very nice sauna, €15 per person and day. Waiting time for appointment for Thai massage 3 days. Whirlpool for a fee (€45 for 20 minutes), use was not possible - a doctor's consultation would be necessary beforehand. No sports facilities, no fitness area. Conclusion: Too bad, we expected something else.

Great house with beautiful, typical Karlovy Vary architecture. Unfortunately, access to the wellness area was not included.

Extremely good and affordable hotel. Very picturesque surroundings with beautiful buildings. Unfortunately, no free parking. Good breakfast but poor capacity on the coffee machines.
