The staff is enthusiastic and meticulous, helpful. The room is quite comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and it's convenient for walking around the old town. Overall satisfied.

Location was super Parking was very easy and clearly communicated before arrival. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was very good with many choices. A small very boutique hotel. Loved the design. Extremely well renovated and designed

- • For the price of the stay, it was expected that at least you would have complimentary water in the room and milk for coffee/tea. Unfortunately, there were only 2 small bottles of water costing 1.50 Euros each. It isn't the amount of money but the gesture of having to pay for this basic item after paying 350 Euros a night!!!! This I found rather too much penny-pinching for this standard of hotel. Should have a complimentary fridge for water/milk and more than 2 sachets of instant coffee per room!!

Highly recommend!!!!!
This was our third year in a row staying here. The location is amazing inside the city and the staff were all very accommodating and looked after us. The breakfast was a very wide variety of items. We would highly recommend staying here when in Siena.

A hotel gem in a top location.
Very friendly hostesses at the reception and during (top) breakfast. Great building, whose character has been successfully preserved and yet complemented with modern touches. The location is right next to the main shopping street with great accessibility to all places in the city - but also noisy street noise.

Amazing hotel in the city center
This is an amazing hotel! Perfect location in the city center. Architecturally stunning and yet comfortable. A small palace built in 1215. We were in room 8 for 3 people. The bathroom was modern and fine. There is an elevator; otherwise, the steps up could be treacherous. One day the elevator was out of order. Only negative about our stay. It was fixed within 24 hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great for us! Lots of choices and very fresh. It's the kind of place that I'm afraid to give a 5-star review because it will get too crowded. But it deserves 5 stars.
