The Fera is in a special location and has the most beautiful pool in the city. The staff are always very cordial and willing to make the stay complete. The welcome treats in the room and the lavender for bedtime are thoughtful touches that make a difference. The showers in the 6th-floor apartments are wonderful. The reception service is impeccable.

- • I have been staying at Fera for years, but currently the daily rate charged does not match the hotel's evolution. The rooms need new linens and greater care in bed making, especially. Towels and sheets are not up to the standard of a hotel that charges 2k per day, very different from what we see elsewhere in the world. The bathroom amenities have been reduced to nothing. The rooftop menu prices are inflated, and the options are very basic compared to what was offered by the former chef. They underexploit regional gastronomy and seasonal ingredients for drinks and snacks. There is only one shower on the rooftop with a dripping water pressure, which is unacceptable. The gym has also not been modernized. They used to serve an excellent coffee from Chapada Diamantina, located in Bahia, which honored the place, and now they have adopted any brand. These are details that make a difference. The room service needs adjustment, simple requests take a long time, especially at night.

Elegance, excellent service, and an unforgettable rooftop
The first thing that catches your eye is its art deco style, very elegant and refined. It is a hotel with personality, something I especially value. In addition, there is a truly friendly team: all the staff were very polite, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The rooftop deserves a special mention. Beyond the good service, the real rooftop experience is the view. It is simply spectacular and worth going up just to enjoy the landscape. It was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the stay.

- • I had dinner with my wife at the Arento restaurant. The food was very good, although there were two details that I think should be corrected. The wine list featured a 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon vintage, but the wine served was from 2023. In those cases, I believe they should offer the advertised vintage or adjust the price. Also, the filet mignon arrived sliced, a presentation that, in my opinion, is not the most suitable for a cut of that quality.
