- • My booking was through booking.com. Payment was to be done at the reception but before I reached, payment for the 1st day was deducted from my card. I informed the reception not to deduct the amount for the 2nd day from my card; I will pay in cash. Despite the assurance, the amount was deducted from my card. This was not appreciated... Room service was late. We had to call again and again.
The stay was very comfortable, and Rittika and Swapan Roy, with whom I went out for sightseeing, were very friendly.
