Aurasia SeaSide Hotel

It met the expectation quite well. There was only a nightclub on the side, and it seemed like a noisy place, which bothered us. The service, cleanliness, and breakfast were good.

A decent hotel, nothing too special but clean. The fixtures and fittings have seen better days in parts, my shower screen was literally hanging off. The elevator was also out of service. Breakfast is a fairly simple affair with a couple of cereal choices, some salad and bread and Turkish tea. One good point is that you can use the beach club of the parent Aurasia hotel. The pool by the seaside was okay but wouldn’t want to spend long there.

Overall evaluation

The room was delivered later than the specified time. The elevator was out of service for approximately 36 hours of our 2-day stay. The TV and phone in the room were broken. Despite reporting on the first day, the TV was only repaired the next day. The breakfast was not diverse enough. The hotel's beach is about a 15-minute walk away.

Starting from check-in, everything went wrong! The staff is incompetent. The minibar in the room did not work, despite arrangements, nothing was done until the end of the stay. The breakfast was a disaster! Only the location is good.

Both luxury and budget-friendly

We went as two students trying to save money, and the hotel turned out to be much better than we expected for the price. Firstly, we stayed in an economic room with a bed and breakfast option. The hotel room was quite luxurious (comfortable and clean bed, clean towels, disposable shampoo, soap, and air conditioning). The hotel staff were very friendly. Another nice feature of the hotel was its location right by the sea and having its own private sunbed and umbrella service. The beach was very nice. The breakfast was abundant and delicious in terms of variety. The only downside I could see was that the toilet was small. In short, if you are looking for a reliable, beautiful, seaside, luxurious, and budget-friendly hotel, I can say it is a place you can choose with your eyes closed.

Although I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, they were really understanding and helpful in many ways. Their solution-oriented approach made me happy. It is in a nice location. The room comfort was sufficient for one person.

Air conditioning problem

The air conditioner leaked water all night. We had requested separate beds in the reservation, but a single double bed was provided.

The best hotel in terms of price performance, good breakfast, clean rooms, and a pool, very good in every aspect for its price.

Stay away!

After we told the receptionist that the elevator did not stop on our floor and he smiled and said that was how it was supposed to be and did not take any action, we stopped complaining about other problems such as: he gave us the room in a mess, the minibar was broken, the shower drain was clogged flooding the bathroom, the towel was torn and there was nowhere to hang it, the breakfast was inedible! To make matters worse, there was a nightclub next to the hotel with loud music until 2... 3 in the morning!
