Angel Is Amazing
Angel was absolutely amazing. Non-stop cleaning and re-stocking the breakfast area so nothing ran out. Super friendly and stopped to chat with us. Man is an amazing worker!!

Angel was great and helpful! Very communicative and made our trip great! Really appreciate him and Camila! I really did enjoy the stay. My mom liked it too!

College Sports Team
We were a large group-sports team and Zach and his team were amazing! The entire staff went out of their way to accommodate us! First-class all the way. Location is perfect and hotel has everything you need. Excited to come back in the Summer.

Awesome Experience!
Had a great experience when staying and Reena went above and beyond to help. I am a Hilton Honors member and this one of the most friendly and helpful staffs I have ever experienced.

Great location and public transit access
Carlos was AMAZING. He was so helpful when we arrived very early the day of our check-in and made sure we felt welcome in the lobby and gladly stored our luggage so we could explore the city while we waited for our room to be ready. He also remembered us by name the next morning! The breakfast staff was also fantastic. We had some challenges in our room with returning to find the light fixture had fallen off the wall and the evening staff not being as friendly and seemed we were bothering them with the notification. Great location and I would stay again based on the experience with the morning team to give the hotel another chance.

Warm and welcoming
I stayed at the Hampton Inn Hotel for seven nights. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean; I really appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast. The staff is extremely welcoming and professional, and Maja and Matija in particular were exceptionally kind and helpful. Excellent experience.

Great campus hotel with city vibe
Friendly staffer, Carlos, was very welcoming and accommodating. The staff was always cleaning the lobby and kitchen area. Smaller hotel right near Loyola for a great campus visit experience with city vibe!

Our daughter got married this past October. This was one of two hotels in the wedding block. It was the perfect location, accessible to the wedding venue with the transport service we hired, a short Uber to the welcome party location, easy access for our out-of-town travelers. Clean. Staff was wonderful! Great experience.

Attentive breakfast attendants
Angel and Iris, the breakfast attendants, were very attentive and on top of things. And most of all very friendly and customer service oriented. Made our stay enjoyable.

Great stay!
Carlos at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great for a hotel… hot food every day. The only thing we didn’t like is the valet parking for $49 a day.
