- • Terrible service even after confirming the booking with booking.com, when we arrived in Durban and called the property for directions we were told that there was no available rooms. We then cancelled on booking.com and found alternative accommodation only for the property to call us later the same day to ask what time we would be arriving. After advising them that we had found other accommodation they still tried to debit my account. I only cancelled because the lady said she doesn’t have rooms for us so why then do they charge for a room that wasn’t available even though we had reserved a room. The host was also very rude and unprofessional over the phone making the customer service extremely terrible

- • The room I was, the floor was making noise when walking and the shower had no lights, the place is quite, but at least if you can do so touch ups, so that we feel comfortable more, as we like Dineo so definitely that is gonna become our second home in
