So-so
Overall, it was average. Let's talk about cleanliness, there was dust on the floor and furniture. Overall, let's face it, it's dirty, we had to clean ourselves upon arrival to feel comfortable. No hand soap or shower gel available as they were all empty! Reception unreachable by phone, they don't answer! The Wi-Fi was poor, had to constantly be on 5G. We stayed 8 nights, couldn't wait to go back home to our comfort. At least the sheets were clean and the beds comfortable. Well located near the metro.

Disappointing
To start with, we didn't even get a simple hello from the lady at the reception. Then, we were surprised to learn that the hotel's parking was full and we had to find parking ourselves even though one of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the parking. Later we found out that parking is not free according to a sign in the elevator... The lady at the reception still suggested going to a parking lot more than a kilometer away from the hotel... As for the room, it was clean on the surface, but the walls were quite dirty, as well as the air vent on the ceiling, which had a lot of dust marks. On the positive side, the bed is comfortable, the room is spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel is conveniently located near the metro, which is very practical.

A real disappointment. Broken air conditioning in a stuffy room, bathroom full of mold, entrance door covered in fingerprints... One seriously wonders if cleaning was done. It's unacceptable for an establishment supposed to welcome guests. The only positive point: the lady at the reception, very kind and understanding, with whom communication was good. Despite this, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Stay away.

Great stay despite a very unpleasant receptionist... hotel parking full upon arrival so a 15-minute walk with luggage... it's a bit much when you come by car! Metro not far so great. Chartreux neighborhood really unsafe and very dirty. Very clean room and large bathroom
