- • There was a single person who was very antisocial but didn’t ruin the experience to much
Once again, I was reminded that any place is ultimately about its people. The staff here are absolutely outstanding: professional, responsive, and genuinely capable of solving problems. I stayed for only one night and left some food in the fridge after checking in. When I returned in the evening, it had disappeared, which was very upsetting. The staff checked the security cameras, found out what had happened, and resolved the situation remarkably quickly. Every issue I raised was handled efficiently and respectfully. The staff deserve a 10/10 and honestly, a bonus. Self-check-in was simple and clearly explained. Guests can cook, and there is a fridge and hot water.

- • The hostel itself feels rather worn, and the level of cleanliness was average but acceptable. The men’s toilet was on a different floor from our room, which was inconvenient. The rooms are located on the upper floors, while the common area is on the ground floor. I was also not satisfied with the bedding: it did not feel fresh enough, and the sheet was so thin that at first I mistook it for a mattress protector.

I Liked the family-like vibe. I talked with some other guests which were some interesting people. It was very cool that everybody talked to everybody. It also is a good location with a major area to the north

- • The room was slightly to cold but i am not sure if my other roommates where the cause or if the room was too cold in general
Por el precio lo vale, si es para llegar a dormir.
Por el precio que ofrece la noche esta excelente. Tuve la fortuna que las primeras noches nomas eramos 3 en un cuarto de 10 personas. Muy buena localizacion tanto para las estaciones autobuses como de los trenes. Mucho que hacer en los alrededores.

- • Para mi mala suerte. Justo en frente del Hostal hay una obra de construccion y desde las 8:00 am y hay muchisimo ruido durante varias horas. Los cuartos pueden estar un poco descuidados.
