Nice hotel, excellent staff saved me from myself
I stayed at two hotels in Hue. I won’t name the other, it was fine, but The Scarlett Boutique is where you want to stay. The rooms are nice, breakfast is good, location is excellent. But, what sets it’s apart is the staff. They will go the extra mile for you. They even rescued my phone from a taxi I left it in and delivered it back to me.

Great hotel with a personal touch
Cosy boutique 3 star hotel in a great location! Ruby, Linda and team are very warm and welcoming and made our stay a memorable one. Our room was a good size, clean & comfortable and we enjoyed their Bun Bo Hue for breakfast. Definitely recommended for those seeking a hotel with a personal touch without breaking the bank. Worthy of serious consideration if you're looking for a stay in Hue!
The location was very close to the walking street area. The staff were very helpful in arranging travel trips around the city and generally very nice people. Ruby, Thanh and the team are great!

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. There was everything you needed. Especially the coffee was delicious. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The driver who picked us up from the airport had to wait for us for two and a half hours because the flight was delayed. We arrived in the middle of the night. He and the hotel staff were still nice and kind. The next morning, thanks to the hotel staff, we were able to join a trip at short notice. Actually, the bus had already left, but it came back to the hotel because of us. We can fully recommend this hotel and would book it again at any time.
