Comfortable stay in a good location
Overall enjoyed the stay. Good quiet location down an alley off a main street and easy walking distance to the river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Room was comfy.

A meaningful stay where I met many local friends. Grateful to the hotel staff who supported it!!
The location is excellent, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the riverside promenade used for early morning walks. The staff is kind and helpful in assisting with dinner locations and taxi arrangements. While some facilities may feel a bit old, they are still functional and the hotel's quiet location away from the main road allowed for a peaceful stay.

- • It would have been even better if the first-floor breakfast area (also the lobby) could completely prevent mosquito invasions. Personally, I didn't have any issues, but the shower water pressure was low (weaker flow of hot water), requiring delicate adjustments to avoid very hot water.

An elegant and exceptionally well-run boutique hotel
An elegant little place, tucked just off a bigger street, close to “everything” without being noisy. Knowledgeable and genuinely caring staff (no one has worried quite so much about me having breakfast since my grandmother). Perfectly clean facilities, fluffy towels, fruit bowl replenished daily. What they call a hidden gem.

A cozy hotel where you feel good. The breakfast is quite varied, club sandwiches appreciated. I particularly liked the bathroom and the quality of the mattress. Attentive staff.

- • The tours offered were a bit expensive, so we took a tour from a small agency nearby.

The staff were attentive and so very helpful. The tours booked through the hotel were amazing. Breakfast was fine. Very well positioned with a short walk to restaurants and the river. Set back off the road so it was quiet as well.

Wonderful stay in Hue
We had a fantastic stay at The Scarlett Boutique Hotel. We are holidaying in Vietnam to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Linda and David, Ruby and Ryan, and staff made our stay really special. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with continental breakfast and made to order items. We would definitely come back again to Hue and stay at The Scarlett Boutique Hotel.
