- • It's a very high price for an incredibly basic hotel room. It has a tiny pool and hot tub. It is certainly not a high-end hotel to rate the price they are charging.
Highly recommend!
We booked the Emerald Room for a family birthday party. Start to finish, an excellent experience. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The catering was fantastic. Thank you to Kaushik and the team for all you did. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect stay with perfect staffs - Shahil
One of the best hotel as always. The management team is great. They have for the best guy Shahil running the service department who always ensure that the people are always happy. No doubt of the best service in the area

We have been staying at this property for years now and all I can say is everyone is amazing and the property is the best. Mella and Shahil has been very helpful throughout my stay

Not as good as most of the reviews
Rooms are clean and spacious. But noise is definitely a problem. There is no sound insulation between rooms and floors, especially near the bathrooms . At 10pm the room above us decided to run a bath and it was so loud it was like they were in our room with us. They were very noisy - we could hear them talking and jumping and banging around. When they drained the tub it sounded like a waterfall in our room. Same thing happened the next night at midnight but the also ran the jets in the tub on top of it. Not cool. Jetted tubs in hotel rooms shouldn’t be a thing. Especially when there’s no sound insulation like this hotel. The breakfast buffet was awful. Very small and the food was so bad we couldn’t finish it. The eggs Benedict off the menu was apparently good though. Pillows were horrible. No substance or support at all. Our bed tilted down at the head of the bed. Really weird. The pool was over crowded. Only 4 loungers present. Pool towels were tint and thin and hard to come by. We picked this hotels based on the reviews… which in this case… we don’t understand the high ratings,
