- • Hard bed, badly placed light switches, no way to find TV stations…a plasticized list of channels would be helpful, badly placed coffee machine, hard to close curtains to block out the lights, no explanation on using the room card to get the elevator to work, no offer for a wake-up call.

Positives · great room, with amazing view of the airfield/runway very good location they were very accommodating in supporting us with late checkout - which was handy for our late flight great swimming pool facility breakfast was ok. limited options Negatives · False advertising on Booking platform stating breakfast was included. we were given some sort of credit which wasnt enough for 3 people to have breakfast so we had to pay extra - please dont advertise something you cant deliver

conveniene and quality at Calgary airport hotel
Very nice hotel with super convenient location. We stayed here for one night before our flight home. We had 2 rooms on the top floor overlooking the airport. Very quiet rooms. We had access to the Club Lounge which had a good assortment of food in the evening and for breakfast. Although we didn't use it, I visited the pool area and it was surprisingly large for an airport hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Avoid it this my advice they only have good name reputation
The location in the airport thermal it’s good for short stays transit but they are up using the passenger and you have to be careful because the the front desk staff unqualified especially the Chinese manager he tried to charge me 4 times without informing me so the bank stopped my card because the way he was trying to charge the credit card was suspicious. He tried the first time and he succeeded then he tried again by charging me less amount and then again with less amount and the 4th time and he kept trying until the bank stopped the card because of the suspicious activity. I reported him but nobody ever replied to me so the staff is unqualified and he charged me more than what is in the booking.com
