The hotel location is excellent, close to everything a tourist needs. The staff is respectful, especially the receptionists Zaid and Azaddin.

- • The room was not particularly clean, the refrigerator was not working, and the staff forgot to return a passport to us and acted as if it was our fault, then mentioned finding the passport in the room and having camera surveillance as evidence - so are there cameras in the rooms? The passport was at the lobby.
