- • Shower was ridiculously placed. Shot out horizontal. No mirror in bathroom. 1 chair for 2 people. No restaurants or bars in close proximity. No walking areas. Was a half hour drive to Sanur. I asked at the front desk if there were restaurants close by and was told no. I happened upon restaurants 10 minutes away by chance. Better than the half hour drive. I was doing daily, sometimes twice. The kitchen was also undereqiped. 1 pot and 1 pan to cook with. I asked several times for more but was refused.I left approximately 20 days early and was told I couldn't receive a refund. Booking.com also was no help.
We felt very well taken care of and got around a lot with Gojek anyway.
Especially the staff was very accommodating and we simply felt very comfortable.

- • Windows leaked in heavy rain. Bench full of stains Kitchen chair or stool was missing. That would have been nice.
