Reasonable
The staff was very warm. There was a kitchen and the room was spacious enough, I thought it was a place where you could stay for a long time at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet had many spicy flavors, but I am not good with spicy food so my choices were limited, but for those who like spicy food, they could take as much as they wanted, which I thought was good.

- • Unfortunately, heavy rain fell in the middle of the night, and the sound of the rain echoed in the room, making it difficult to sleep. At the buffet, other customers were taking food with their hands, which made me worried about hygiene.

- • Shower was ridiculously placed. Shot out horizontally. No mirror in the bathroom. 1 chair for 2 people. No restaurants or bars in close proximity. No walking areas. It was a half-hour drive to Sanur. I asked at the front desk if there were restaurants close by and was told no. I happened upon restaurants 10 minutes away by chance. Better than the half-hour drive. I was doing daily, sometimes twice. The kitchen was also underequipped. 1 pot and 1 pan to cook with. I asked several times for more but was refused. I left approximately 20 days early and was told I couldn't receive a refund. Booking.com also was no help.
We felt very well taken care of and got around a lot with Gojek.
Especially the staff was very accommodating and we felt very comfortable.
