- • Originally, I wanted to bring my child back to the south for the Lunar New Year and thought of booking here. I wanted to stay here first to handle things. I often hear loud footsteps from nearby rooms and occasional noises from chairs being dragged. It's the first time I've encountered such poor soundproofing in a five-star hotel, and I'm really disappointed. The room has wooden floors, and the chairs are quite heavy. I suggest adding some noise reduction treatment to the chair legs. The bathroom vanity lighting is insufficient, which is extremely inconvenient for those who need to apply makeup.
If you have high expectations for a five-star hotel, you will be quite disappointed with the soundproofing.
The hotel staff is professional and friendly, providing excellent service and quickly resolving issues. The hotel is located right next to the subway station entrance, making transportation very convenient. The room service meals are quite delicious.

I often hear noises from other rooms, such as the sound of chairs being dragged, items falling or hitting furniture, and even footsteps are very noticeable. The toilet door is quite heavy, so there is a bit of a maintenance oversight in the hardware, with loud noises when opening and closing. The bathroom lighting is slightly insufficient, especially in the vanity area, which is quite inconvenient for those who need to apply makeup.
This is a truly pet-friendly hotel.

It's quite comfortable to choose a pillow to sleep on!
The bathroom design is nice, but because the bathroom is large, the room is relatively small. There was an issue with the online booking not being for a pet-friendly room, but the housekeeping staff promptly resolved the issue, which is commendable.

- • I booked a pet-friendly room for two consecutive nights. Why wasn't the pet's canned food replenished? All other supplies were replenished, but only the pet food (clearly marked as a gift) was not replenished. What makes the pet room more expensive?
