The breakfast is very good, and the hotel is very thoughtful to let me change to a latex pillow that I am more used to sleeping with.

If you have high expectations for a five-star hotel, you will be quite disappointed in terms of soundproofing.
The hotel staff are professional, friendly, provide excellent service, and solve problems quickly. The hotel is right next to the MRT station entrance, making transportation very convenient. The room service meals are quite delicious.

- • The unexpected poor soundproofing is very bad. You can often hear the sound of chairs being dragged from other rooms, things falling or hitting furniture, and even footsteps. The toilet door is quite heavy, so there is some negligence in hardware maintenance, with loud noises when opening and closing. The bathroom lighting is slightly insufficient, especially in the vanity area, which is inconvenient for people who need to do makeup.

- • Originally, I wanted to bring my child to the south for the New Year and thought of booking here. I wanted to stay and see first while handling things this time. I often hear nearby room footsteps, which are very loud. Occasionally, there are noises from chairs being dragged. It's the first time I've encountered such poor soundproofing in a five-star hotel, and I'm really disappointed. The room has wooden floors, and the chairs are quite heavy. I suggest some noise reduction treatment on the chair legs. The bathroom vanity lighting is insufficient, which is extremely inconvenient for those who need to do makeup.
