A great holiday in a fantastic hotel!
The rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff on both reception and around the hotel were extremely helpful and caring. They couldn’t do enough to help you.

There is a well-functioning air conditioning. Comfortable bed and mattress. Lovely bathroom and shower. Quiet even though my room faced the street.

Toilet and TV did not work, and the towels were all dirty and not changed. The pool was very small.

Many nice Polish and Russian guests. - 2nd elevator out of order - Breakfast only from 08:00 - No separate towels for the pool.

Horrible, be careful
The hotel is a disaster. The room is about 8 sqm, not 18, no hot water. The air conditioner didn't work, it just blew air. I asked them to give me my money back, and I only received a part of the money when I called the police. They didn't give me any receipt. The guy from the reception tried to convince us that there is no problem and tried to fool us by offering another room with the same conditions. This is not a 4-star hotel. We had to find another hotel with all minimum conditions. If you go there, you will regret paying money for nothing. Don't be fooled by that guy!
